🚗 Coming from the NORTH (A5 southbound - from A43 roundabout)

1. Stay on the A5 heading south toward Towcester.
2. As you approach Towcester, you’ll pass:
   • Retail and roadside businesses
3. Continue straight into the town on Watling Street (A5).
4. Look for a left turn into “The Lindens” (residential turning) just past a pedestrian crossing
5. Turn left into The Lindens.
6. Turn immediately left again into Malthouse Court and follow the small road all the way round to Nookfield House

👉 Tip: If you go past the Monk & Tipster pub, you’ve gone slightly too far — turn around and follow instructions below.

🚗 Coming from the SOUTH (A5 northbound - from Milton Keynes)

1. Travel north on the A5 toward Towcester.
2. Don't go all the way into the main Towcester town centre
3. Before the second pedestrian crossing, look for a right turn into “The Lindens”.
4. Turn right into The Lindens.
5. Turn immediately left into Malthouse Court and follow the small road all the way round to Nookfield House

👉 Tip: If you reach the market square then you've gone too far. Turn around and refer to above instructions.

Directions from The Lindens:
Turn off the A5 in Towcester into The Lindens. Immediately turn left into Malthouse Court and follow the road all the way round to the end, until you see black gates on the left. Enter the drive way and park to the right.
